Career Opportunities
Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for interacting with customers. They provide estimates for jobs, receive orders, order materials, and create work orders for the plant. Their hourly rate ranges between $20-$26 per hour. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or GED.
Label Rewinder
A label rewinder operates a piece of equipment that takes large rolls of printed labels and rewinds them into smaller rolls. They are also responsible for completing paperwork to record final the number of labels printed. Their hourly rate ranges between $16-$20 per hour. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or GED.
Flexographic Printing Press Operator
A flexographic printing press operator is responsible for all aspects of printing labels. They mix ink, install printing plates and tooling, and print labels. Their hourly rate ranges between $18-$27 per hour. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or GED. Typically, individuals who can fix cars or equipment become excellent press operators.
Production Artist
A production artist is responsible for all aspects of managing electronic art files that we receive from our customers. Our production artists create proofs and process art to output films that they use to make our printing plates. Their hourly rate ranges between $22-$26 per hour. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
